Places To Visit

Köl-Say Lakes
These three pretty green lakes lie amid the steep forested foothills of the Küngey Alatau. The lakes are strung along the Köl-Say river at an altitude of around 2000m (6560ft). The camping and trout fishing are great. June and August are the best months to visit.

Almatinsky Nature Reserve
This rugged area is an important habitat of the elusive snow leopard, among other rare species. It contains Mt Talgar, the highest peak in the Zailiysky Alatau at 4979m (16330ft), which takes experienced climbers four days to climb.

Day one- we will be arriving to the hotel and relaxing for a bit. after relaxing we went out for dinner and explored the area.

Day three-on day four we should go see Panfilov park is the central park of Almaty,while we were walking through Panfilov park we pasted a group of people wearing western style clothing. we also past people eating pierozhki. Pierozhki is a meat or potato filled pasteries.

Day four-On day four we should visit the Kozha Akhmed Yasaui Mausoleum, Türkistan. on our way to the Kozha Akhmed Yasaui Mausoleum we passed some people pyelmeni.

Day five-We will go and see the Köl-Say Lakes which are three beautiful lakes ( more information about the lakes above. )

Day six- On day six we can go and visit the president palace. where the president lives.
